Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Still Working ("we", "us") is a website flow-monitoring service operated by Sangram Shinde, based in India, and reachable at sangramshinde8446@gmail.com. These Terms govern your use of the service at getstillworking.com.
2. The service
Still Working drives an automated browser through user flows you configure on websites you own or are authorised to test, on a schedule, and alerts you when a flow fails. It is a read-only monitoring tool: it does not modify the sites it checks.
You are responsible for only monitoring sites and flows you have the right to test, and for the credentials or test data you enter into a monitor.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account belongs to one organisation.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Creem, which acts as merchant of record. Where a plan includes a free trial, you are not charged until the trial ends unless you cancel first. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are in US dollars and exclusive of taxes, which are shown at checkout. See our Refunds & Cancellation policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to monitor sites you do not control or have permission to test, to attempt to disrupt or overload any system, to break any law, or to infringe others' rights. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability and disclaimer
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. Monitoring may miss or misreport failures, and alerts may be delayed; the service is a supplement to, not a replacement for, your own quality processes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue arising from an undetected failure.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
