Refunds & Cancellation
Free trial
Plans that include a free trial (currently the Starter plan's 7-day trial) are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing receipt or by emailing sangramshinde8446@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and your data is retained so you can resume later.
Refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Because you can cancel before each renewal, we generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods already started.
If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or the service was materially unavailable, email sangramshinde8446@gmail.com within 14 days and we will review and, where appropriate, refund you. Approved refunds are issued through our payment provider, Creem, to your original payment method.
