Privacy Policy
Overview
This policy explains what personal data Still Working, operated by Sangram Shinde in India, collects and how we use it. We collect only what we need to run the service.
What we collect
Account data: your email address and, optionally, your name and company name. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your verified email from them.
Monitoring data: the URLs, steps, and settings you configure, and the results (status, screenshots, and traces) captured when a monitor runs.
Billing data: handled by our payment provider Creem. We never see or store your full card details; we store only your subscription status and a customer reference.
Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide monitoring and send you alerts, to manage your subscription, to support you, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us run the service: Creem (payments), Resend (transactional and alert email), Cloudflare R2 (screenshot and trace storage), and our hosting provider. Each processes data on our behalf.
Retention
We keep monitoring results on a rolling window (passing runs are pruned sooner than failures) and delete account data when you close your account, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by emailing sangramshinde8446@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
